We collect this information through Lodgify, our property management system. You provide this information when you make a booking through Airbnb or directly with us.
How long we keep your information
We keep your guest record for 12 months from your date of departure. This period ensures we can respond to any queries or complaints about your stay, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Who we share your information with
We do not routinely share your information. However, we will disclose your data if required to do so by:
· County Council (for licensing and regulatory purposes)
· Police (for criminal investigations)
Your information is stored securely with Lodgify, our property management system provider.

We process your personal information under the legal obligation lawful basis. This means we are required by law (the Hotels Order 1972 and data protection law) to collect and keep this information.
